Daniel C. Rogers is a writer for dramatic television series and feature films. He currently works in the support staff for Marvel’s Luke Cage.
Daniel is a graduate of the 2017 class of the Peter Stark Producing Program at the School of Cinematic Arts of USC. He has also worked as an intern in the TV scripted department at Creative Artists Agency; as interim executive assistant to producer Michael Shamberg; as interim production assistant for the writers’ room of the AMC drama Into the Badlands; and as a motion picture development intern for Skydance Media.
Prior to grad school, Daniel was an Account Manager and Copywriter at glassCanopy, a full service marketing agency that specializes in startups, technology, and financial services.
Daniel graduated from Harvard College in 2012 with a degree in English and American Language and Literature. While at Harvard, he also served as Manager and CEO of the Harvard Glee Club, Inc.
Daniel is a classically trained lyric baritone and sometime cabaret aficionado. In San Francisco, he sang Tenor II with the San Francisco Symphony Chorus and the Schola Cantorum of St. Dominic’s Catholic Church.
Daniel’s passion is ensuring that the stories and interests of the Black and LGBTQ communities are represented in the entertainment industry and the world at large.
